Everything your procurement team checks,
answered before you ask.

Placing with CHG means placing with a real, licensed and insured Arlington corporate-housing business: a certificate of insurance on request, a single invoice, one named owner-operator who answers directly, and a written proposal with clear terms before anything is committed. No call center, no platform fees, no surprises. Here is exactly what you can count on.

What you can count on

Six things we put in writing

No vendor checklist should require a leap of faith. These are the assurances a coordinator, a procurement lead, or a contracting officer needs — and each one is honestly deliverable by a small, owner-operated company. Nothing here a 3-unit shop can’t stand behind.

01 A real business

You’re placing with an accountable entity

CHG is a licensed and insured, owner-operated Arlington corporate-housing company. You receive a written proposal and a single invoice from the business — the paperwork any procurement or contracting process expects from a vendor.

Licensed & insured · Arlington, VA
02 Insurance

Certificate of insurance, on request

Need a COI before you place? Ask, and we’ll route the certificate from our carrier — and name your company or agency as certificate holder where your placement requires it. Coverages are listed on the certificate itself, the document your risk team can rely on.

COI available · holder naming on request
03 One contact

One named owner-operator answers

The person who scopes your placement is the person who answers for the life of the stay — extensions, swaps, fixes, billing questions. No call center, no ticket queue, no handoff. A direct line to someone who can authorize a decision.

No call center · same-day owner response
04 A written proposal

Clear terms before anything is committed

You see the format up front: matched units, the billing structure, included amenities per unit, and the cancellation and change terms — in writing, in a proposal, before you commit to anything. Submitting a request queues a proposal; it doesn’t book or charge.

Proposal in 24 hours · nothing auto-charged
05 Transparent pricing

All-inclusive, no resort or platform fees

Utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, full kitchen, linens, and cleaning are bundled into one monthly figure — no resort fees, no surprise line items. Booking direct also avoids the third-party platform service fee (about 12–13%) you’d pay on the same home through an OTA.

One invoice · no platform service fee
06 Small, on purpose

Accountability, not a switchboard

CHG runs a focused portfolio of owner-managed homes, and our footprint is growing. Being small is the feature: you reach an accountable owner directly. We’ll tell you honestly what we can place for your dates rather than overpromise on inventory we don’t hold.

Need anything more specific for your vendor file — a W-9, a certificate naming your agency as holder, or particular agreement language? Email Hello@chghomes.com and we’ll handle it before move-in.

Insurance, handled honestly

A certificate of insurance, available on request

CHG operates as a licensed and insured Arlington corporate-housing company, and a certificate of insurance is available on request before you place. We can name your company or agency as certificate holder where your placement requires it, and we’ll route the certificate from our carrier with whatever wording your procurement or risk team needs.

We list coverages on the certificate itself rather than quoting limits on a web page — so the document your risk team reviews is the authoritative one, not a marketing claim.

Clear terms in writing, before you commit

You shouldn’t have to commit to find out what you’re committing to. Within 24 hours of a request, you get a written proposal that states the terms plainly — so the document you forward to a manager or a contracting officer is the agreement, not a sales pitch.

  • Matched units & placement. The specific apartments, with same-area placement where dates allow, and an area-level commute summary to the Pentagon, Amazon HQ2, and Reagan National.
  • All-inclusive pricing. One monthly figure with utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen, and cleaning bundled in — no resort or platform fees, and anything not included spelled out.
  • Billing & terms. The single-invoice structure, payment terms, and the cancellation and change terms — confirmed in writing for your exact dates.
  • One named contact. The owner-operator who answers for the life of the stay, by name, on the proposal.

Submitting a request sends the details to the operator for a proposal — it doesn’t book or charge anything. Just one stay for yourself? You may not need a proposal at all; confirm dates and book directly through our booking partner.

Procurement questions

The questions a coordinator asks before placing

Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)?

Yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can name your company or agency as certificate holder where your placement requires it. Email Hello@chghomes.com with the holder details and any wording your procurement team needs, and we’ll route the certificate from our carrier before move-in. We list coverages on the certificate itself rather than quoting limits on a web page, so the document you receive is the one your risk team can rely on.

Who is my point of contact once we book?

One named person — the owner-operator — for the life of the stay. The same person who scopes your placement and builds your proposal is the one who answers when a date shifts, an extension comes up, or something in the unit needs a fix. There’s no call center, no ticket queue, and no handoff to a property manager you’ve never spoken to. You get a direct line to someone who can actually authorize a decision.

How is billing handled — can you invoice our company directly?

Yes. We bill the company on a single invoice per agreement — typically monthly — with utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and cleaning bundled into the rate so your finance team reconciles one vendor and one line, not a stack of folios. Payment terms, the billing contact, and the invoice cadence are all set in your written proposal before anything is committed. If your accounts-payable process needs a W-9 or vendor-onboarding paperwork, ask and we’ll complete it.

What are your cancellation and change terms?

Cancellation and change terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal before you commit — you’ll never be guessing at a policy buried in fine print. Extensions, early move-outs, and unit swaps are handled directly with your named contact, and because CHG is owner-operated, the person you reach can actually authorize the change rather than escalate it. We’ll state the specific notice window and any terms for your dates in the proposal itself.

Is CHG a real, established business we can place with?

Yes. CHG is an owner-operated, licensed and insured corporate-housing company based in Arlington, Virginia, operating furnished residences in the Crystal City, Pentagon City, and National Landing area. You’ll receive a written proposal and a single invoice from the business, and a certificate of insurance is available on request — the documentation your procurement or contracting process expects from any vendor. Being small is the point: you reach an accountable owner directly, not a switchboard.

What’s included in the price — are there resort or platform fees?

The rate is all-inclusive and transparent. Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit or in-building laundry, a full kitchen, linens, and regular cleaning are built into one monthly figure — there are no resort fees, no platform service fees, and no surprise line items. Booking direct with CHG also avoids the third-party platform service fee you’d pay on the same home through an online travel site, which typically runs around 12–13%. Anything that isn’t included is spelled out in your proposal before you commit.

How does per-diem work for government and TDY travelers?

Arlington, Crystal City, and Pentagon City fall under the GSA Washington, D.C. per-diem locality, and our monthly rates are built to work within the federal lodging cap for most of the year. Federal per diem reimburses your actual lodging cost up to the cap — it isn’t a flat allowance or savings a traveler keeps — so we confirm the month-correct cap figure for your travel dates in your proposal. D.C. lodging tax is generally handled separately, and your travel authority makes the final call.

How do you handle our travelers’ data and privacy?

We collect only what we need to scope, quote, and manage a placement — names, dates, headcount, and the billing contact — and we use it to deliver and bill the stay, not to sell or share. Submitting a quote request sends the details to the operator for a proposal; it doesn’t book or charge anything. If your agency or company requires specific data-handling language in the agreement, tell us and we’ll address it in the proposal. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
