CHG runs a focused, owner-managed collection of fully furnished residences. Guests can book direct for a stay of any length at nightly rates, while the company’s corporate housing program — relocations, government and defense travel, project teams, and extended corporate assignments — places 30+ night stays on a single monthly invoice. Every home is furnished and managed to one standard by the same small team, with a single accountable point of contact for the life of each stay. There is no call center: the person who scopes a stay or builds a quote is the one who manages it.
