Three homes in National Landing.
One person who runs them.

CHG brings Fortune-500 operational rigor to furnished housing in Arlington, VA. We don't just manage apartments — we run a hospitality company. Founded by Jordan Ukura, formerly of LinkedIn and Microsoft, and owner-operated to one standard.

How it started

The gap that started CHG

Founded 2024 · National Landing, Arlington VA

Jordan Ukura spent years in enterprise technology and strategic sales at LinkedIn and Microsoft, working with Fortune 500 companies to solve complex operational problems at scale. After watching countless colleagues and clients struggle with the same problem — relocating to the DC metro for a three-month project and having to choose between a sterile hotel and a twelve-month lease — he realized the corporate-housing market was stuck in the past.

“The big nationals operated like property management companies. The local operators operated like Airbnb hosts. Nobody was running it like an enterprise service.”

CHG was built to change that. Every process and every guest touchpoint is designed with the same rigor Jordan applied to enterprise sales cycles: measurable SLAs, direct accountability, and a bias for execution over promises.

The through-line still runs every home today — select it once to a standard worth keeping, then keep it, by hand, by the same person, in a neighborhood worth knowing deeply.

A letter from the founder

A consultant once texted me at ten at night. Not to complain — she'd figured out the radiator thermostat herself and wanted me to know it worked. A management company would have had a “24-hour support line,” a ticket, a resolution by morning. She'd have slept in her coat.

I was eight minutes from her door. She texted; I answered in four minutes; she was back at her desk by 10:15. When the apartment operator picks up at ten at night, the relocation manager wins. That's the whole company in one story.

I spent years at LinkedIn and Microsoft solving operational problems at scale for Fortune 500 companies, then built CHG to bring that same rigor to furnished housing: measurable standards, direct accountability, and a bias for execution over promises. We don't just manage apartments — we run a hospitality company.

I lead operations, partnerships, and growth — and I'm still personally involved in every client relationship. The pricing is on this website, the Airbnb reviews are public, and if something goes wrong we tell you and we fix it. When you work with CHG, you're working with the founder. That's not a limitation of our size. It's the point.

The promise

Four values, one standard

Each one literally true — the difference between an owner-operated home and a managed unit you've never seen the manager of.

  • 01
Owner-operated & local We operate in Crystal City and Pentagon City — we know the buildings, the neighborhoods, and the best restaurants. This is the only market we run, and we run it deeply.
  • 02
Every unit is hand-selected Each home is personally selected, furnished, and inspected to one standard before a single guest walks in: Aesop soap, not hotel minis; Casper mattresses; 500+ Mbps WiFi.
  • 03
Direct relationships Guest, corporate travel manager, or building owner — you work directly with the team. One point of contact, no layers between you and a decision.
  • 04
We answer our phone Call, text, or email, and a real person responds — quickly. The name on the quote is the name that picks up at ten on a Tuesday.
What it looks like

The standard, made specific

The promise above isn't a slogan — it's a set of decisions made before a single guest walks in. Here's what “one standard” looks like when you can name it.

01

Hand-selected

Every unit is personally selected, furnished, and inspected to one standard before a single guest walks in — not a franchise template, not a rotating manager.

02

The finishing details

Aesop soap, not hotel minis. Casper mattresses. 500+ Mbps WiFi. The kind of choices made for someone you cared about arriving tired after a long week.

03

One point of contact

Guest, corporate travel manager, or building owner — you reach the team directly. Call, text, or email and a real person responds, quickly. No layers, no ticket queue.

Why here

Why National Landing

Our focused portfolio of furnished suites sits in the most connected pocket of Arlington — the Crystal City and Pentagon City corridor that makes up National Landing. The Pentagon is one Metro stop away, Reagan National is about five minutes out, and Amazon HQ2 is a walk rather than a commute. It's where we serve corporate relocations, project teams, travel nurses, government and defense, and military — by knowing one neighborhood deeply instead of spreading thin across a map.
