01Acceptance of these terms

By using chghomes.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms cover your use of the website itself — browsing pages, using the cost calculator, and submitting contact or quote forms. Per-diem figures shown are drawn from the published GSA Washington, D.C. schedule for reference and are not a representation that any particular stay will be reimbursable; reimbursement is determined by your own travel authority. 03Availability & booking

This website does not show live availability and does not process bookings or payments. When you choose to book, you are directed to a third-party booking partner that handles real-time availability, payment, and the booking agreement under its own terms. 04Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep apartment descriptions, photos, amenities, neighborhood information, and per-diem figures accurate and current, and we stamp pages with a last-updated date. Even so, content may contain errors or become out of date, and we reserve the right to correct it. 05Acceptable use & intellectual property
