You arrive to keys and Wi-Fi already working and unpack into a finished home, with no furniture rental, no utility setup, and no deposit-and-truck scramble between assignments.

Our monthly and extended-stay rates are quoted as a single all-in figure with utilities, Wi-Fi, and cleaning included, so it’s straightforward to compare against your agency’s housing stipend or company-provided budget. We’ll send the exact monthly number in writing — how a stipend is paid or taxed is between you and your agency, and we don’t advise on that.

Our homes are in the National Landing area of Arlington — a short drive to Virginia Hospital Center and within easy reach of the wider D.C.-metro hospital network, with the Metro (Blue and Yellow lines) for car-free commuting. We keep location at the area level here; you get the exact address when you book.
