We keep this to a minimum: the site is a static set of pages that helps you learn about our furnished residences and request a quote. Your theme preference

When you switch between light and dark mode, we remember that choice in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the way you left it next time. This stays in your browser, isn’t a tracking cookie, and isn’t shared with anyone.

Essential function

We use only what’s needed for the site and its embedded fonts to load and display correctly. We don’t use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.

Measurement

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We don’t use cookies to track which pages you visit or to build a profile of you — anything kept in your browser is limited to what’s needed for the site to work, like remembering your light or dark theme.

This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts so pages render in our brand typefaces; that request is governed by Google’s own policies. When you choose to book, you’re sent to our booking partner, Hostaway, which sets its own cookies under its own policy once you’re on its site — not here. We don’t allow third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You’re in control of cookies and local storage through your own browser settings — you can view, block, or delete them at any time, and clear the theme preference whenever you like. Turning some things off may affect how parts of the site look or work (for example, your theme choice won’t be remembered). Since the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, there’s no tracking to opt out of.
